CBRE with new Head of Industrial & Logistics in CEE region

CBRE consistently strengthens its industrial and logistics team. After creating a new supply chain development consultancy service in Poland, the time has come to support the company's operations throughout the CEE region and work with international tenants and manufacturing companies interested in growing in our region. To this end, Joanna Sinkiewicz joins CBRE, assuming the position of Head of Industrial & Logistics CEE.

Our recent activities confirm that the industrial and logistics market is currently the hottest real estate sector. Joanna Sinkiewicz, an expert with many years of experience in the industry and an amazing business sense, has joined our international team. Joanna will be a great support for us in talks with tenants and companies interested in establishing their business operations in the Central and Eastern Europe region – says Andreas Ridder, Managing Director of CBRE in CEE Region.

Joanna Sinkiewicz will assume the position of Head of Industrial & Logistics CEE. In her new role, she will be responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives in the industrial and logistics sector in 8 countries across the CEE region, building business relationships with the company's clients and searching for tenants interested in expanding into the CEE region. Joanna will focus primarily on strengthening the company's regional structures and maximizing the benefits for its clients resulting from their presence in all of Central and Eastern Europe’s key markets.

Joanna has many years of experience in working with tenants from a range of different industries, including logistics, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and production, to name a few such as Allegro, Coca-Cola, Damco, Euro-Net, FM Logistic, Inpost, Junghenrich, Medivet, Panalpina, Phoenix Pharma, Sonoco, TRW, Unisourse, and UPS.

Joanna joining our team will strengthen CBRE’s position in the Central and Eastern Europe region. The combined expertise of Beata Hryniewska, leading our operations in the industrial sector in Poland, and Joanna Sinkiewicz, responsible for the entire region, will enable us to provide an all-inclusive service package in response to the needs of our clients who are increasingly often seeking several locations in our part of Europe – says Daniel Bienias, Managing Director of CBRE in Poland.

Before joining CBRE, Joanna Sinkiewicz was a partner and director of the industrial department for the CEE region at Cushman & Wakefield and the director of the Industrial and Logistics Agency in Poland. Joanna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing, with a specialization in real estate management. She holds the title of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and belongs to the SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors) association of real estate advisors.

I am happy to be joining the CBRE team and am certain that, together with the heads of individual regions, we will create and implement new initiatives in the field of industrial and logistics market, which will further improve the quality of services for our clients and allow them to adapt to the constantly changing tenants' needs. It was a very pleasant surprise for me to see the enthusiasm associated with the growth of the industrial market and the company's internal readiness to take advantage of this momentum through appropriate investments – adds Joanna Sinkiewicz, Head of Industrial & Logistics CEE.
