The industrial park in Michalovce is situated along the main road towards Strážske and Humenné. The area is very good. There are several production halls on the site, some of which were approved in 2006. Each hall can be prepared and tailored according to the tenants' requirements. There is also a possibility to build a new hall in the area. Some of the halls are equipped with a loading ramp and an entrance. The site provides connection to the railroad via two rail tracks. The electrical input to the site ensures interconnection of 22kV power lines. Rainwater is drained by its own pumping system into the nearby River Laborec. The area has 6 storeyed administrative building with a total area of 4 740 m2. The building has a private kitchen and a canteen, which is not currently in operation. The area is protected by CCTV and guard service.
