The building is completely renovated, insulated, fully air-conditioned with its own boiler room. Plastic windows, opening/tilting. Access to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The building has an EPS, if interested, a connection to this system can be arranged.

Comfortable parking for short-term visits of our clients for one hour free of charge can also be used in the new DOAS parking house across the street.
