Areal KSP

Bratislava Asset Management Company, s.r.o. is a 100% subsidiary of the Capital City of Bratislava. It operates a complex with an area of approximately 23.5 thousand m2, which offers warehouse and production space of standard B, office space and other services (parking areas, shelters, garages, parking spaces). The complex has its own facilities and property management, and the gradual modernization of its individual parts is underway. The office space is comfortable, air-conditioned and adapted for comfortable and productive work.
