Hraničná 18

The BRS campus is located in Bratislava, the local part of Ružinov, at Hraničná 18. The closed complex of 7 administrative buildings is located in close proximity to the Port Bridge and Bajkalská Street, and has very good connections to the city's transport system - starting with the bypass and the D1 highway, the E575 and E75 roads in the west, east, north directions, and last but not least the E575 road in the direction of Komárno.
The BRS campus is full of greenery, and is secured by a 24-hour security service, a camera system, and an electronic attendance system. The campus has its own dining room. There is a designated parking lot in front of the entrance to the campus for visitors. We provide parking spaces for tenants inside the complex.
Various sizes of administrative spaces are available, mainly offices, and in a limited amount, open office spaces are also offered. We also provide warehouse space to a small extent in the campus. The minimum individual area for rent is approximately 18 sqm.
