The ISTROCHEM office building has seven floors. On the ground floor there is a reception and a dining room with a buffet. There are also meeting rooms that can be rented. The building is protected 24/7 by SBS staff and a camera and security system. In the basement of the building there are storage rooms and an archive.

The building is located on Nobel Street, in close proximity to the park. It has excellent public transport accessibility - buses directly on Nobelova Street, trams and buses on Vajnorska Street and also from the train station Predmestie and Vinohrady. There are plenty of parking spaces next to the building. Near the building there are year-round tennis courts.
