Roland Offices

The building of the former Hungarian Discount and Exchange Bank is located in the heart of the historic center of Bratislava, owned by KOOPERATIVA Poisťovňa, a. s. Vienna Insurance Group since the 1990s. In 2018, work began on the building's historic restoration and modernization. The purpose of the reconstruction is to restore the original Art Nouveau condition and increase the technical standard of the building. This provides tenants with representative boutique spaces with significantly increased user comfort.
