What challenges did we face
KB Components DKI, part of a Swedish industrial group, has been expanding its business throughout Europe even during the pandemic. Part of their business in Slovakia faced problems with older premises and limited expansion possibilities within the Žilina region.
How we helped the client
CBRE, as an exclusive consultant on behalf of KBC, organized a tender for new premises that would enable KBC to expand its business in the long term and maintain its current personnel in Žilina. Based on CBRE's knowledge of the market, we were able to create a competitive environment within the tender process.
As a result, CBRE secured a solution in ctPark Gbeľany near the KIA plant in Žilina, which enables KBC to serve customers from the automotive, healthcare and industrial sectors. The client signed a 15-year lease at 35% below market for this particular location.
