What challenges did we face
The company wanted to improve the working environment, bring a new impulse for the growth and development of the company, support mutual interaction and communication within the team. A secondary goal was to save costs associated with leasing.
The Softec relocation project was a challenge from the start. The first ideas began to take shape in the summer of 2019. However, even the corona crisis did not stop their vision. On the contrary, Softec decided to use its experience with the pandemic to redefine its needs and requirements for new workspaces, which we managed to successfully integrate.

How we helped the client
We provided them with new premises on two floors in the EINPARK building, which has the highest international environmental certification LEED Platinum and LEED Zero Carbon.
In the new workplace, the company is counting on a hybrid mode, which includes working from the office and from home and sharing jobs at the workplace. The leased space, together with the central space, is used for informal meetings of employees, which reflects their needs for relaxation, but also for intensive collaboration.
