CEHIP Vrable - Hall 7

CEHIP Park, located less than 2 km from the center of Vráble, was founded in 2007, when the first production hall built for CESAM, with a total area of 6000 m², was built here. In 2014 and 2015, the developer handed over two more production halls, together with an area of 8000 m². Within the park, the area is prepared for the construction of an additional 18,000 m² of production and storage space, built to measure for the tenant. Hall 7 with an area of 3669 m² is available from Q2/2025. CEHIP Park Vráble is approximately 15 km from the R1 expressway, the Jaguar Land Rover plant is less than 25 km away.
