Chalupkova Offices - Phase II

The second phase of the project Chalupkova Offices will introduce 14,600 m² of premium office space and 700 m² of high-end retail areas to the district. Like the first phase, this expansion will incorporate significant ecological innovations, transforming a neglected brownfield site in the city center into a vibrant and sustainable urban neighborhood.
