The leased premises will be delivered in a "shell and core" condition, including: concrete floors prepared for the final flooring, plastered walls and ceilings (lime-cement or gypsum plaster) with a white coating. Heating and cooling will be provided via a hydronic ceiling heating system (fancoils). Plumbing and drainage (water, sewage) will be routed in the floor, with individual shut-off valves for each group of sanitary fixtures. Hot water will be centrally supplied. The electrical connection will terminate at a circuit breaker in a distribution box located within the space. The building is equipped with a passenger elevator. The roof of the building will feature photovoltaic panels.

Parking is available directly at the building, with the option of utilizing parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (interior and exterior of an adjacent building). A total of 20 parking spaces will be available.
